Situated on the 6th floor with an elevator, the apartment is near Columbusplatz, Favoritenstrasse's shopping street, Vienna Main Train Station and Laxenburger Strasse.

The apartment is newly renovated and filled with new furniture. The apartment is mainly with Gustav Klimt's art paintings. Partial art pieces are from my own paintings and another Spain Artist called "Tasirupekaharo".

There is a dining table place in the kitchen.The fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave,coffee filter machine, rice cooker, electric kettle and etc will give you the possibility to cook during your stay.

All necessary bed linens and towels are always provided fresh and clean.

The pillows and bed-covers are newly bought.

Free fast internet with portable WIFI.

Please note that city center (we called first district) price is x5-10 times higher than this district! *I have stated clearly that our apartments are close/near to city center and you just need to take 2-3 subway stations to reach U1 Stephenplatz.
All our apartments are located less than 1-2 mins walking distance to the subway station.
