The property needs a lot of updates on the inside and pool area. The couches in the den area are worn completely out, you will be swallowed up in it. The upstairs bathroom was backed up and coming out of the sink, updated dressers and at least a Queen Ann Chair could be in the master bedroom instead of a folding chair, the Lanai screens need to be fixed, three sections were swinging in the wind when we arrived, whoever is supposed to clean the house has done a poor job and they need to ask for there cleaning money back. The house is spacious but updates are very much needed. The keyless entry needs replaced, instead of just placing your hand against it, you have to mash hard as you can for the numbers to light up, the tv in the living room doesn't have cable connection, the TV's in the twin rooms are 13 inch, the tv in the master is big but has a green line going right down the middle. The screen door on the Lanai has a broken latch and bangs all night from the wind. The hot tub has to be preordered at 30 dollars per day if you want to use it, there is no skimmer for the pool and with the Lanai screening tore up mosqiitos and flies will take you away. The pool was great, the area was great, but the house need bringing up to the 21st century.
