Welcome to Serenity Sands - Encantame Towers Velero C905. This luxury condo is located in the Center Tower of Encantame Resorts. The views from the wrap-around balcony offer a stunning perspective of the Sea of Cortez, up and down the entire coast line and the center courtyard of Encantame Towers. Views for miles and miles can be enjoyed from the balcony and from your first steps into the condo thanks to the floor to ceiling glass sliding doors!

This condo is being listed as a 1 bedroom unit but is actually a 2bedroom unit which can be booked at additional cost. Each bedroom has acoustic wood paneled walls, balcony access, a super comfortable king size bed, with upgraded linens, a walk in closet and a private full bathroom. Both bedrooms also have wall mounted TVs, pendant lighting, and their own HVAC thermostats. One bedroom is equipped with a desk, desk chair and monitor to provide you with a perfect remote work area.

The modern living room displays a wall mounted TV with acoustic wood panels, two boucle swivel chairs, a large TV console, ottoman, marble topped side tables and a new queen size memory foam sleeper sofa. The dining area consists of an elegant lux three tier chandelier, a round dark wood table with a glass top and 6 beautiful white leather and wood low back chairs. This area is great and is not only suited for meals but for game night too!

The open kitchen design faces the ocean. It has a large island with bar seating for four. All of the appliances are new and modern. There is Ninja Duel Brew Professional Coffee System, Ninja Professional Air Fryer Toaster Oven, Calphalon Knives, Dish Sets Glassware and Barware. Everything you can ask for including a Margaritaville Frozen Concoction Maker.

Entering into the large foyer you can see the reflection of the water in the mirror, to the left of the entrance near the half bath is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.

We also provide 6 beach towels, 6 pool towels, pickleball sets for 4 players, 4 sand chairs, beach umbrellas, 2 water floats, 21 games/puzzles, 5 plug and play video games, 2 floor standing fans, wooden hangers, a clothing steamer and first aid kit. There are numerous other items and upgrades that make this condo the most luxurious condo at Encantame Towers.

Encantame Towers is a modern resort with great amenities for everyone. We have 2 lazy rivers and 2 water slides, 3 negative edge beachfront pools on the ground level. Two of the pools have sunken fire pits in the center, the center and largest negative edge pool has a swim up bar and is flanked with a jacuzzi on each side. We also have Level 24. Our Adult Only Rooftop Negative Edge Pool, Jacuzzi, Bar and Restaurant. (Adults must be 21 and over)

Have you heard about our New Racquet Club- 12 Pickleball Courts, 2 Tennis Courts and a Basketball Court.

We also have 2 beachfront restaurants, a cafe in the lobby that serves light food, beverages and Starbucks! The only one in Puerto Penasco!

**JKW Vacation Club Terms and Conditions**

1. **Booking Confirmation**:
- A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of payment and confirmation email. Guests are responsible for reviewing their reservation details for accuracy.

2. **Payment Policy**:
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
- For longer stays, a deposit may be required with the balance due before check-in.

3. **Cancellation Policy**:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 14-30 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival are non-refundable.
- Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes.

4. **Check-In/Check-Out**:
- Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
- Early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Guests must follow any special check-in instructions provided prior to arrival.

5. **Guest Responsibilities**:
- Guests agree to maintain the property in good condition and will be responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
- All properties are non-smoking unless explicitly stated.

- Should there be any maintenance issues during the stay, guests must notify JKW Vacation Club promptly so that repairs can be arranged.

- JKW Vacation Club is not responsible for cancellations or changes due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions).

13. **Privacy Policy**:
