Due to our API connection and liability, we must have a signed Rental agreement with a copy of your driver's license at the time of booking.
There is a $500 security hold that will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure if no damage is reported.

Maximum 6 overnight guests. At no time may more than 6 people be on the premises. This is strictly enforced.
Parking:
One dedicated parking spot is located in the alley beside the garage. Ample street parking is also available.

10:00 PM – 6:00 AM. No parties or loud music are permitted at any time.
Pets:
Sorry, no pets allowed.
Smoking:
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. A penalty fee will apply if smoking is detected.
Minimum Age to Book:
Primary guest must be 21+ and present throughout the stay.
