★ Booking Policy ★
We reserve the right to decline reservation requests from new profiles or those without positive reviews.

★ Check-In Time ★
Check-in is at 4 PM. Early check-in is not available, as we allow access only once the home is thoroughly cleaned and prepared.

Amenities are provided but not guaranteed. No refunds will be issued for non-functional community amenities.

★ The pool inside the community is not available for guests use , for owners only , guests can use pool on the beach side . ★

★ Community Rules ★
Commercial vehicles, trailers, signage, or ladders on vehicles are strictly prohibited within the community.

★ Parking ★
Parking is limited to four vehicles per reservation. Unauthorized additional vehicles will be towed at the guest’s expense.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations or interruptions.

★ Linens & Décor ★
Decorative quilts and pillows may need to be removed during cleaning if they cannot be washed on-site.

SECURITY & SAFETY

A Ring doorbell camera is installed for guest safety. Tampering with or disabling it will result in immediate eviction. See photos for reference.

A copy of your driver's license must be provided after booking. This can be sent via text, or email. Failure to provide ID before arrival may result in cancellation without refund.

BOOKING POLICIES

Minimum age to book is 25. We do not rent to vacationing students or groups under 25. Families and business travelers only.

The person who made a booking must be present for check-in and the full duration of the stay. Subletting is not allowed.

We reserve the right to decline bookings from new profiles or those without positive reviews.

By booking, you agree to follow all property rules and community guidelines.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in: 4:00 PM

Check-out: 10:00 AM sharp. $50 will be charged for every 15 minutes past 10 AM.

FEES & CHARGES

Unauthorized pets: Minimum $1000 fine.

Excessive cleaning: Additional charges apply beyond normal departure cleaning.

Linen damage: Charges apply for stained or misused white linens.

Glitter/confetti/party decor: Not allowed. Cleanup fees will apply.

Plumbing: Guests are responsible for clogs due to anything flushed other than toilet paper.

Lost items: Shipping + handling fees will apply if returned.

PROPERTY RULES

No pets, no parties, no smoking (including vaping, hookahs) anywhere on the property—including porches or screened areas.

Maximum occupancy is 12 guests, including children of any age.

No overnight guests without host approval.

Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM.

No rental scooters, boats, trailers, or commercial vehicles allowed.

Only 4 assigned parking spots are available.

No commercial activities, events, or outside vendors (e.g., filming, chefs, hair/makeup services) without prior approval from the host.

OTHER NOTES

Guests must report any damages or issues by midnight on the check-in day.

Thermostat settings: Minimum AC is 70°F in summer. Guests may adjust the temperature within the allowed range, but the password will not be provided.

We do not provide refunds for guests who fail to read or follow the house rules.

Decorative quilts and pillows may be removed if they cannot be washed at home.

The gym and pool inside the resort for owners use only , guest can use pool on the beach side .
