Your family will be close to everything including Indy Pride Festival, the Indiana State Fairgrounds and Convention Center, The Children's Museum, Historic Fountain Square, The Indianapolis Zoo, and Broadripple Village when you stay at this beautiful centrally-located 3 story unit in a calm downtown Indianapolis neighborhood. The Monon Trail runs behind the property, making it a perfect place to start a hiking, biking or jogging adventure!

The first floor has a spacious livingroom that is able to be shut off from the dining area and a large dining area with a table that sits up to eight guests.
The kitchen has an island with two barstools and plenty of cabinet and surface space, fully stocked with cookery and a coffee bar. There is a half bath located on first floor as well.
A full bath is located on the second floor along with two bedrooms with queen beds and one with a king bed in the primary bedroom - all bedrooms are equipped with TV's, dressers, and large closets for your use.

The third floor has a queen sized bed and another full bath along with a perfect spot to read, relax, or whatever your heart desires! It makes a perfect space for kids to hang out and watch movies - popcorn buckets provided up to 4 children.

All beds and pillows have wonderfully soft mattresses and bedding, while also being water resistant for extra protection. Our bathing products are 100% Vegan - Cruelty Free - Paraben & Sulfate Free
