Stay comfortably in Carmel Valley in our recently renovated, pet friendly, 3-bedroom home. The kitchen, dining and living area is open plan and inviting. The kitchen features a lovely blend of modern upgrades and classic charm. A central island is a welcome gathering and eating area and the kitchen is well equipped. There is a separate area for more formal dining. The living room features a cozy wood burning fireplace and comfortable leather sofa. Bedroom 1 features a cal king bed, walk in closet and en suite bathroom, with gorgeous twin vanity and large shower. Bathroom 2 features a bathtub/shower and single vanity, also beautifully updated. Bedroom 2 features a twin bed, convertable to a queen, depending on needs. Bedroom 3 features a double bed and comfortable sofa, plus desk/office space. All bedrooms are spacious with split AC/heater units and comfortable bedding. Additional amenities include WiFi, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, fully fenced yard with outdoor ninja course and trampoline. Our home features gated community access to the river with a wonderful swimming hole to take a refreshing dip on a hot day. It is great fun to SUP and tube on the river too. We are also walking distance to local treasures such as the Carmel Valley Creamery (15min walk; 3min drive), Sunny Bakery (25min walk; 4min drive) and Garland Ranch River Trail hiking trailhead (20min walk; 3min drive). Within approximately 30min (5min drive) you can walk into the village and enjoy wine tasting at popular spots like Bernadus and The Wine House, as well as pop into Jermone's Valley Market for curated food and wine, a butcher and deli. To relax, enjoy a barbeque in our sunny yard, the tranquilty of the large California Oaks on our property and the peacefulness of our quiet, friendly neighborhood. If you prefer to venture out of Carmel Valley we are a 25min drive to Carmel Beach and Point Lobos, 30min into Monterey and approximately 35min from Pebble Beach and Pacific Grove.
