• Bedroom and Bath: The first floor includes a comfortable bedroom, alongside a bathroom equipped with laundry facilities for added convenience.

Second Floor Amenities
• Two Bedrooms: The second floor features two additional bedrooms, offering a peaceful retreat for restful nights.
• Bathroom: A shared bathroom upstairs ensures convenience and accessibility for all guests.

Pet Policy and Additional Services
• Pet-Friendly Accommodation: We welcome small dogs with owner approval and a non-refundable $200.00 pet fee. This ensures a comfortable stay for both you and your furry friend.
• Linens and Towels: Please bring your own linens and towels as they are not provided with the rental.

• Cleaning Services: For your convenience, optional cleaning services are available:
o 1-2 Weeks Stay: $200.00 cleaning fee, includes end-of-stay cleaning.
o 3-4 Weeks Stay: $350.00 cleaning fee, includes mid-stay and end-of-stay cleaning.
o 4-6 Weeks Stay: $500.00 cleaning fee, includes mid-stay and end-of-stay cleaning.
