This exclusive space features floor-to-ceiling windows, two spacious bedrooms with walk-in closets, three full bathrooms with showers (one jetted tub), and a modern loft TV room. Fully furnished and equipped with high-end appliances, washer, dryer, and dishwasher. It also offers tandem parking for two vehicles and exterior balconies on both floors.
This exclusive 220-square-meter apartment features two spacious bedrooms with walk-in closets, three full bathrooms with showers (and one jetted tub), and a modern TV room.
This unit has a modern layout, double-height ceiling with floor to ceiling windows, with an integrated open-plan living-dining room and kitchen, providing a great feeling of spaciousness, and excellent mobility between the different areas. The main attractions are its large sliding windows, which allow natural light and fresh air to enter, along with gorgeous panoramic views.
In the fully equipped kitchen, there is ample storage and an island that doubles as a breakfast bar. Right next to the kitchen isa laundry room with washer and dryer.
As for the bedrooms, there are two, both very spacious and comfortable with en-suite bathrooms. The primary bathroom has a large shower as well as a Jacuzzi tub. The primary bedroom has access to a balcony, ideal for soaking up some healthy minutes of sun every day, or reading a good book in the afternoon.
