Rancharthaus aufgestellt auf 23 Morgen. Das Haus wurde 1967 erbaut und verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und 2 Bäder. Es hat auch ein kleines Barnomindium im Hinterhof, das eine halbe Badewanne, eine aufblasbare Queen-Size-Matratze mit Bettwäsche und einen kleinen Kühlschrank hat. Es gibt Smart-TVs in der Master-Suite und 2 Wohnbereiche. Internet-Service ist verfügbar. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und Gasgrill zur Verfügung. This location was a very peaceful place to stay at. Say some deer out in the field one night. Very comfortable, clean and quiet. Great for a family gathering. we will be back next year. Thank you for letting us stay at your great house.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The property was lovely and peaceful with great views of the pasture and pond. We enjoyed our morning coffee outside. The kids loved to play outside on the swings and basketball. We could not have asked for a better host. She was super nice, helpful and so accommodating. Would defiantly recommend this lovely home. When in the area would love stay again.

Amazing property

A piece of Heaven in Texas
We found this property a year ago with some friends, then we came back a month after with our kids. We loved it so much we wanted to make it a monthly thing, however Covid-19 caused a bit of a hiccup in those plans. However we made it back this September and it was just as great as before! The place is quiet and secluded, picturesque and pure heaven! Our son and daughter loves the stocked pond for fishing and feeding the fish and we love just relaxing around the property. You can see deer from time to time in the pasture and love the hummingbirds. Playing darts in the garage is a fun pass time as well. You can see and feel the love that has passed through this property. We absolutely adore it and it's peaceful wonder! Jefferson isn't too far so we go do some shopping, we also hike at Daingerfield State Park. It is a great location to enjoy many great things East Texas has to offer!

Quiet, comfortable and Clean
This was a very nice place to stay at for either a couple nights or longer. This was by far the best VRBO location we have stayed at, there was nothing that we needed. Very nice and clean house and great location. We enjoyed the pond, and watching the deer that passed. We will be back.

Heaven in Texas
This was our 2nd visit 1 month after our first visit! We absolutely love this property! They provide everything you could possibly need! The kids loved feeding the fish in the stocked pond. We saw some Bass and some good size catfish!! We actually saw 7-10 deer each day we were there. Sitting on the bench out front in the early mornings and early evenings is best to see them! We are hoping to get back in October of things go our way!

Little "peace" of heaven
A group of ladies at my church had a short get away and could not have picked a better place. Everything was nice and clean, comfy beds, great kitchen with everything we needed for cooking and the location was perfect. We will defintely to do this again and stay here again. I cannot even express how perfect this home was and how much we enjoyed our stay.

The Perfect Getaway
This place is AMAZING, the owners were very gracious in making sure we had everything we needed including food and drinks. They were responsive when we had questions and referred us to some great activities near by. We visited Daingerfield State Park 4 miles from the house, we ate lunch at the Jack Rabbit in Ore City, which was the best burger and onion rings we have had in a long time. We went to Jefferson in the evening for dinner at McGarity's Saloon which had some live music. We also took the horse and carriage ride thru historic Jefferson. Sunday it was nice not having to rush out, most check outs are 11am or 12, but theirs was 3pm. We appreciated that very much. We were gone by 1 so we could go back to Jefferson for some shopping before returning home. The house was even stocked with fishing poles for the stocked pond, there was a paddle boat, but we didn't use it this time. We are returning to stay with our 2 teenagers September 11 and can't wait. This property should receive 10k stars, it was a nice quiet beautiful paradise in East Texas Pine Country. We LOVED IT

Beautiful Property
Great weekend getaway! House was very nice and the owners were even nicer! Had everything we needed and then some. Plenty of space and the beds were very comfortable. Didn't use the hot tub because it was way to hot outside already. Caught a lot of perch and bass at the pond which was awesome, but once the sun came up it was too hot to fish, be nice to have a covered pier, but killed time in Jefferson just 30 minutes away. Saw 2 fawns and other deer in the pasture. Wildflower Inn and restaurant down the road had a very tasty breakfast and buffet, we did not go hungry. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to revisit soon.

Very comfortable home, very gracious hosts
Six long-time friends stayed at Terry Acres and Cassita in order to attend an event in Longview. The hosts welcomed us at the home to answer any questions and make sure we were settled in. The home slept all six of us so comfortably, and we were glad to have access to the kitchen to make our own meals. The weather was too cool to spend much time at the pond, but we enjoyed the setting of the home on twenty acres. With plenty of couches and chairs and three televisions, there was no lack of ways to be comfortable and have friendship time together. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay at Terry Acres and Cassita again!

Great get away from it all!
Great place to get away from the business of life. We enjoyed the fishing a playing washers. The house is very nicely equipped with everything you need and the owners are very hospitable!
