2 bedrooms on separate levels with en-suite bathrooms. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and unwind! Unit sleeps 4 in beds but can accommodate 6. King bed in master bedroom, a queen bed in 2nd bedroom, & 2 twin mattresses available in 2nd bedroom closet.

We are small pet friendly, with a weight limit of 20 lbs.

Full kitchen serves 4 with basic cookware provided, along with chilled water bottles and a mini coffee station.

Dining area seats 4 with 2 additional chairs at the counter. Cards and board games provided for game night!

The townhouse has 2 reserved covered parking spots just outside the patio. Additional visitor parking is available at any uncovered spot. You will have access to the community pool and hot tub that is a short walk from the townhouse. Short Term Rental License through the Town of Gilbert.

We are located one mile away from Downtown Gilbert, which comprises some of the best restaurants and bars in town! Freestone Park is also close by, which has tons of amenities such as 3 playground areas, an amusement area, and acres of green grass. Just a short drive away is the Riparian Preserve, which is a 110-acre wetland and wildlife sanctuary great for nature strolls and bird watching.
