The Space:

Outdoor enthusiasts will delight in the expansive 4-acre property, complete with a patio, in-ground pool, and fenced area for safety and privacy. Grill up a feast on the gas grill, or gather around the fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. There is a fence that partially surrounds the house. It surrounds the pool, pool shed, and the patio.

This inviting retreat offers a spacious open kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, and electric stove top. The kitchen sink overlooks the backyard through a charming window, creating a delightful atmosphere for meal preparation or casual dining.

Adjacent to the kitchen, a versatile table serves as a dinette, additional dining space, or utility area, accommodating various needs. Enjoy family gatherings and intimate meals at the dining table that comfortably seats six, or opt for the large kitchen table, perfect for seating four.
The house, built in 1973 and renovated in 2001, exudes modern elegance and warmth, with clean lines and abundant natural light. With hardwood or laminate flooring throughout, the main floor living room boasts a cozy ambiance enhanced by a large rug, while Bedroom 1 offers hardwood floors for a sleek finish.

For entertainment and relaxation, the main floor living room is equipped with a Smart TV providing access to a variety of shows on your streaming channels for enjoyment. The second floor features a stunning family room with a cathedral ceiling and wood fireplace, overlooking the picturesque birch tree. In total, there are three bedrooms to accommodate guests during your stay, for easy planning, here are the bedroom layouts:

There are two full and one half bathrooms. Both full bathrooms have bathtub/shower combos. The Half bathroom is located on the main floor for convenience.

All guests must sign a pool waiver within 48 hours of booking.
All guest must agree to be off exterior spaces (pool) by dark or 9PM, whichever is sooner.

No sweat on accidental & reported damage! Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee up to a maximum of $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800 will be covered at no charge to you as long the damage is reported to your Host before you depart.
