This newly built log cabin is situated in Woodland Hills, a new gated community that features a private pond where you can enjoy swimming and fishing for bass and bluegills from your own covered dock. You can easily access Lake Lure, Lake James, and Linville Gorge and Linville Caverns, which are also known as the "Grand Canyon of the East". Additionally, the Blue Ridge Parkway and I-40 Exit 81 make it convenient to reach nearby places like Marion, Black Mountain, and Asheville. If you're looking for fun activities, you can try ziplining, whitewater rafting, and hiking, with miles of hiking trails available right from your doorstep!

Upon entering this charming log home, you will encounter a welcoming open floor plan with rustic accents throughout that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. The great room boasts a gorgeous rock gas fireplace to warm you up during the winter months, nice natural lighting, and a large smart TV with streaming services - perfect for movie nights!
