SLEEP SPACES:

PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE: Located in the back of the property on the 2nd floor with no shared walls with other bedrooms, it has a full on suite bathroom and outdoor deck. It is has a high-end queen bed with super comfy pillow top and a private on suite bathroom.

BEDROOM 2: This is also on the 2nd floor but has no shared walls with the master bedroom. It has a queen-sized bed and also has a private on-suite full bathroom. There is also a desk in this room.

BEDROOM 3: This doubles as both a bedroom and office. There is a full bed and a desk. It has a TV as well. It also has a private outdoor patio area. This is on the first floor and has a shared bathroom with the common areas.

COMMON AREAS:

LIVING ROOM / GREAT ROOM: Large great room with hard wood floors, sofa and chez lounge, 55” inch TV, huge windows that allow tons of light, a private patio with outdoor seating, and much more!

KITCHEN is equipped with all new appliances and every pot, pan, platter & plate you would need for cooking, baking & serving (or the grocery store or Whole Foods nearby can do the cooking for you!).

EATING AREAS: Dining room table seats 6 people.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:

Located just 400 meters from beach, just 3 block off Main St., and 8-10 blocks from each of the Santa Monica Pier, 3rd St Promenade and Abbot Kinney, this perfectly located townhouse is a truly unique and wonderful space.

MAIN STREET: Awesome shopping/restaurant district is just 3 blocks away, where you will find every type of cafe and cuisine imaginable in all price ranges, and an eclectic mix of boutiques, vintage clothing, surf shops, history, galleries, etc. Urth Cafe is only 2 blocks away and Michelin-Guide rated Pasjoli and Cobi's are just a few blocks away. A wonderful Sunday morning farmer's market takes place on Main St. as well , which includes kid-friendly activities.

Only 8-10 blocks away (10 minute walk) is the famous Santa Monica pier with its amusement park & restaurants, downtown Santa Monica & the 3rd St Promenade which has 100's of stores and restaurants, movie theaters, and talented street performers (this is LA, after all!).

ABBOT KINNEY VENICE: The artsy/beachy/trendy neighborhood is also only about 8-10 blocks away (15 minute walk) and is home to some of the best restaurants in the city and some of the truly must see LA spots (Venice boardwalk, canals, Muscle Beach, “White Men Can’t Jump” basketball courts, etc.).
