Modern and tastefully decorated, this apartment is designed with an open floor plan. Relax in the spacious living room with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV. There's also a furnished balcony to lounge and enjoy the stunning views!

The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to cook a delicious meal, and it also has a dining area where you can dine with loved ones.

There are four bedrooms. One has a single bed, and the rest has king-sized beds. All of them come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The four bathrooms have all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The home is always professionally cleaned for your safety.

Jumeirah Lake Towers Dubai has been known as a community where people can live, work and enjoy their life with equal ease and serenity. The outdoor waterfront cafes and restaurants allow a late-night walk or stroll alongside the lake. Community retail stores cater to the inhabitants' basic needs and are available in close quarters. Squares and gardens between the clusters create massive and easy connectivity between the large districts of the community.

The inhabitants and the working class within the JLT benefit from a wide range of facilities within reach, such as quiet community areas, cafe terraces, shaded walkways and benches. It also includes pavements, fountains, lake fountains, gardens near avenues, groves of trees, desert gardens and bespoke sculptural features.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

The nearest train station, Jumeirah Beach Residence 1, Seaside Bus stop and Jumeirah Beach Residence Tram Station are just less than a 10-minute walk.

Dubai International Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 40 per night.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
