As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a furnished and bright living space, thanks to the windows that fill the property with abundant natural light and warmth. It also includes a comfortable king-size bed, where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city and a TV to watch all their favourite shows.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements and make delicious meals.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests will have access to the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as the gym and the swimming pool.

Located on the landward side of Sheikh Zayed Road, close to Downtown Dubai, Business Bay comprises high-rise towers, including some of the most distinctive you'll ever see. One of Dubai's newest neighbourhoods, Business Bay, is still growing fast, with unique attractions, hotels and restaurants always arriving.

Thanks to its location and excellent transport links, Business Bay is a popular neighbourhood for tourists and businesses alike – and an ideal location to discover the dramatic splendour of new Dubai.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

The nearest metro station, Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall, is 6 minutes away by car.

DXB Airport is 18 minutes away by car.
Marina Walk is just 38 minutes away by car.
Burj Khalifa is 8 minutes away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 19 minutes away by car.
Burj Al Arab is 28 minutes away by car.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload this copy of your passport to the Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
