This home is conveniently located next to the community park, basketball court, playground, picnic area, and a very short walk to the Columbia River.

If you enjoy water sports, launch your boat and jet skis at the nearby boat launch. If you prefer a more relaxing pace, walk across the street to the river to paddle board, kayak or just float.

The Gorge Amphitheater is only 5 miles away. There is a shuttle that routinely runs from the community to the venue.

Cave B Winery is less than 5 miles away. If you prefer some pampering and fine dining, the SageCliff Resort & Spa and Tendrils Restaurant are located on the Winery property.
