Fitted with brand-new furniture, the whole space is bright and airy, with breathtaking views that you can see from the balcony. The living room is spacious and has two sofas (one is a sofa bed) where you can comfortably relax and watch your favourite Netflix shows.

There are two bedrooms, One with a king-size bed and another with two single beds. The beds are fitted with hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep comfortably.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook a delicious meal, such as an electric stove, an oven, and a microwave.

All the bathrooms contain all the essentials you'll need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The home is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

Guests will have access to the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as the private beach, the gym and the swimming pool.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

You will find different restaurants nearby, such as Atlantis Restaurant, which is 5 minutes drive away, and the Anatara Tower, which also offers other restaurants and bars (2 minutes drive).

Many shops will be near you: Nakheel Mall is 10 minutes drive - a larger mall inside Palm Jumeirah. You will find a variety of shops from clothes, to jewellery, to skincare and restaurants. The pointe mall also has an open beach area with an Atlantis view.

Our beautifully appointed residences are just a short 5 mins taxi ride to the main attractions of the Palm Jumeirah such as the Atlantis Resort and the Nakheel Mall, and around a 15 minutes drive to Downtown Dubai where there is the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall.

This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 30 per night.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
