The sleeping area is fitted with a king-sized bed, lined with hotel-quality linens giving you a perfect night of sleep. You can also find a comfortable seating area where you can rest, and a TV, so you can enjoy watching your favourite Netflix shows in all comfort.
A fully equipped modern kitchen is at your disposal. It has all the essential cookware and cutleries, that you’ll need to whip up a delicious meal, such as an oven and a microwave.
And the contemporary bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower and a hairdryer; Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.
During your stay, you will have access to the Gym, the pool, the sauna and the steam room.

This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.
Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
