The heart of the home lies in the state-of-the-art kitchen, adorned with a central island and a beautiful dining table that accommodates six. The living room provides gorgeous views of the lake and golf course, while the loft, complete with an office area and trundle bed, adds versatility to the space.

The lower level is a haven for entertainment, featuring two additional bedrooms, a cozy gathering area with a TV, and a card-playing table. Beyond the lower level door, a private two-person hot tub beckons, offering a serene retreat with sweeping views of the 7th hole and Pine Lake.

Guests will enjoy unrestricted access to the entire residence. Additionally, take advantage of our Exercise Facility, available every day from 7 am to 10 pm throughout the year. This state-of-the-art strength and cardio exercise facility are conveniently situated in the amenities building, right next to the clubhouse.

Getting around Whispering Pines is easy – guests can use their car or take a stroll. Two parking stalls are provided for convenient access, ensuring flexibility for both walkers and drivers to explore the community and beyond.

From April 15 to October 15, guests can immerse themselves in the seasonal delights of our indoor swimming pool, hot tub, and oversized sun deck. The vibrant community atmosphere offers Pickleball Court, Volleyball Court, Putting Green, Driving Range, Horseshoes, Walking Paths, Community Fireplace, Playground, Pro Shop, and the added charm of a Friday Night Farmers Market and Craft Sale.

During this period, guests can also dine at the Whispering Pines Golf and Country Club onsite restaurant and lounge. Whether opting for a leisurely dine-in experience or the convenience of ordering takeout, the restaurant provides unparalleled convenience and delightful flavors to compliment your seasonal getaway.

As winter blankets the landscape, indulge in cold-weather activities such as ice fishing, hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling. Our retreat provides a diverse array of experiences throughout the seasons, ensuring a memorable stay year-round.
House Rules: Guests must comply with all house rules, including but not limited to:
- No parties, events, or loud music.
- No smoking or vaping inside house or garage.
- Make sure you reservation accounts for every person staying. The maximum number of guests allowed to stay in the property is eight. Additional guests are not permitted without approval and will result in additional charges.
- Internet and security cameras are not to be turned off or tampered with.
- No third-party bookings are allowed for liability reasons.
- Guests must report any damage or maintenance issues to Host immediately. -Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or it's contents during their stay.
- The Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the property or its facilities. The Host is also not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest.
