Worst Experience Ever!
- Had to call while standing at door to get code to enter.
- Entered to find:
* Defecation (poop) filled toilet.
* Water to toilet shut off. Turned it on, sprayed everywhere.
* Cockroaches (multiple) throughout house including the other toilet.
* No sheets on bed or anywhere to be found. Messy bed.
* Fine, granular substance all over kitchen counter (not sure what that was).
* Back sliding doors inoperable.
* Dock missing boards and obviously not usable.
* No patio furniture at all.
* Sunroom furniture had nasty stains on every cushion.
- Reached out to property management to resolve issues. Nobody would pick up the phone.
- NO REASONABLE PERSON WOULD STAY THERE.
- Left after several attempts with property management and VRBO and got a hotel room.
- Andrea Clark is a disorganized mess. Do not deal with her or her company, Premier Property Management. We showed up in their office because we couldn't get anyone on the phone. No help there either. Just passed on and told to call VRBO. VRBO was no help, just told to work with the management company.
-During the month and a half after the disaster, we have spoken (us calling them, text and calls) to 3 different people at the management company who say they will take care of it but nothing ever happens.
-Any of these problems could have been fixed if someone just picked up the phone.
Again, no reasonable person would have stayed in this house and all we wanted was a refund.
