Guest access
- At day of your arrival, the gate guard will have your name and number of guests for access to the apartment. They will let you in after confirming that information.

- Turn off A/C units upon leaving the apartment.

- Take our trash after your stay. The trash bins are located near the main gate.

- Return any keys after your stay. Please leave in them in the apartment in plain sight.

- Contact us for any issues with appliances, furniture, etc before departure to prevent potential charges.

- Thoroughly rinse sandy clothing before entering in the washer or dryer.
