The space
The Saltbox is a cozy 3-bedroom home with two full bathrooms, perfect for a relaxing stay.

Master Bedroom: The main bedroom has a comfy queen-sized bed and a large closet, featuring unique historic touches like original colonial closet doors and fireplace (not operational)

Upstairs Guest Room: Upstairs, there's a room with two full-sized beds for your guests.

Downstairs Guest Room: Downstairs, you'll find a room with a twin bed and a desk, great for work or relaxation.

Bathrooms: There are two full bathrooms, one on each floor. Both have showers. (No tub)

Relaxing Living Space with a View:

The SaltBox living room is inviting and has two large sliding doors that frame a beautiful view of Skaneateles Lake and the rolling farm hills. There's also a cozy reading nook with a view of the lake.

Entertainment Area:

If you want to relax and watch TV, there's a room downstairs with a large Roku TV and plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy movies or shows.

Washer and Dryer are available to those staying for a minimum of 7 nights.

Stay Active:

Stay fit in our well-equipped gym with weights, yoga mats, resistance bands and a workout bench. There's even two large mirrors on the wall for a genuine gym experience.

Enjoy the Outdoors:

Step outside The SaltBox to our wrap-around deck, which has modern outdoor dining and lounging areas, plus a grill for cooking. It's the best spot to watch the sunrise over the lake. Boasting on acre of land, you'll be sure to have the privacy and serene experience of your dreams. The view of Skaneateles Lake will inspire you anew. Outdoor furniture is out from May 1st to Oct 1st. Enjoy some yard games with Large Kubb Game Set, Kan Jam and Bocce Ball set. Located in basement on shelf.

Heated Pool:

Take a swim in our heated saltwater pool with comfy loungers and umbrellas for sunbathing. It's the perfect place to relax and have fun. Pool is open June-September.

Other things to note
Please use the pool and gym equipment at your own risk. Children should be supervised at all times in the pool area. Please no glass in the pool area. We provide plastic cups, located in a drawer in the kitchen.
Washer and Dryer available to those staying for a minimum of 7 nights.
The HVAC system is very sensitive while we repair the control unit, we ask guests not to touch the temperature. Please ask the host to adjust the temp remotely as needed.
