Guests staying in building 8 have exclusive access to the rooftop amenities, including a hot tub, sitting pool, gym, social club, covered outdoor bar with TV and infrared heaters, fire table, bar, BBQs, smoker, and a private fitness room. The building is also equipped with a Conference Room, Pilates Reformer, Sauna, and Shake Plate.

This three-bedroom condo has a King bed in the primary bedroom. The second and third bedrooms are queen-sized beds. It also features a fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooktop, spices, a Nespresso Coffee maker, and a cocktail-making station—a living area with a large TV and a beautiful gas fireplace. A deck with infrared overhead heating.

Underground parking is provided for one car. Guests can walk to town, City Beach, or explore the Pend Oreille Bay Trail next to The Seasons building 8. Schweitzer Mountain is only a 30-minute drive away.

All guests at The Seasons can enjoy other amenities, such as a large heated pool and hot tub located at The Retreat Center. The beach, marina, and swimming area are also accessible. Marina slips are available through a third-party reservations company if you want to bring your boat or rent one.

The Wildflower Spa is situated on the third floor of the Retreat Center. Remember to call in advance to schedule your services.

The Pend Oreille Bay Trail is located on the North end of the building, right out the front door. It is a 3.3-mile moderately trafficked and dog-friendly trail along the edge of Lake Pend Oreille. Keep an eye out for the eagles!
