In the afternoons, mix up your favorite beverage at the downstairs wet bar before heading out to the lower deck to watch the sunset down by the water's edge. As a guest of the Ocean Pines community, you'll also be able to access its many great amenity offerings, including a beachfront restaurant, multiple indoor and outdoor pools, playgrounds, a golf course, a public yacht club, two marinas, and a premier racquet sports complex.

At home, spark culinary inspiration in the impressive chef's kitchen equipped with a suite of updated stainless steel appliances, ample cabinet storage, and beautiful countertops including a large island breakfast bar. A gas fireplace, a smart TV, and plush seating welcome casual downtime in the main living area. There's also a smart TV downstairs for added flexibility. Primary guests will enjoy even more luxury living in the main bedroom which boasts a private balcony and en suite bathroom complete with an enclosed shower and a separate soaking tub.

Check-out time: 10:00 am.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The garage and boat lift are not available for guest use.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Dock details: Can tie a boat to the dock in the back, however boat lift is not for guest use



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
