The Space:
The Loft at Governor's Point offers two quaint bedrooms, including one queen bed and one double bed, one shared bathroom with stand up shower and contemporary details. Charming views of Deer Lake can be seen from the open concept living room, dining room and kitchen.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire loft except for the garage and the property is shared with another rental unit on site.

The Neighborhood:
The Loft is situated at Governor's Point in the Humber Valley Region off Boom Siding Road. It is located a
short 8 minute drive from the town of Pasadena, 26 minutes from the Deer Lake Regional Airport (YDF)
and only 18 minutes to downtown Corner Brook.

Getting Around:
A vehicle is necessary as there is no readily available taxis or public transportation in the area

Closest grocery store is Foodland, located in the town of Pasadena - approximately 10 minute drive away. Larger grocery chains such as Dominion (Loblaws), Sobeys and Colemans can be found in Corner Brook which is approximately 25 minute drive away.
