An ideal choice for a getaway shared with friends or family, the property allows the perfect balance of opportunities for group gatherings while also ensuring standalone convenience between the two separate cabins.

Each home features an all-new interior complete with key features like a mighty mid-size kitchen, free WiFi, a smart TV, and powerful mini-split air-conditioning. The Sunrise Cabin also includes a small, enclosed fireplace.

Mars Hill University is just four miles up the road, while skiing and snow tubing opportunities await at Wolf Ridge Ski Resort, about 15 miles away. Asheville is less than 20 miles south.

Check-in time: 4:00 pm.
Check-out time: 10:00 am.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
