Die voll ausgestattete Küche öffnet sich in den Essbereich und das Wohnzimmer. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit einer eigenen Glasschiebetür zum eigenen erweiterten Balkon. Auch Nutzung der Königin Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer für zusätzliche Gäste. Kinder lieben das Zweibettzimmer. Diese Unterkunft ist mit WLAN ausgestattet.
Sie werden die Vorteile dieser Lage einschließlich der Aussicht und Erreichbarkeit des Golfs von Mexiko und Eastern Lake zu Paddelboard, Kajak und Fisch genießen. The condo was descent. Parking was horrible and the elevator was not working. We were told by a plumber that performs work at the property that the elevator was not operational for 3 weeks prior to us coming. We were notified 2 days before departure and could not locate another place to stay in such a short period. We were offered a 15% discount, though it was not enough to compensate for the three 70+ family members we had staying with us. The home owners association needs to be more proactive when essentials like a operating elevator needs repair. WE WILL NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!
The unit is very pretty with amazing views.
Pros:
Location: between destin and Panama City with plenty of local restaurants and shops. We very much enjoyed being close to the Eastern Lake. In fact, our vacation may have been a lot less enjoyable given that Tropical Storm Cindy came through during our stay and closed the beach for most of our trip. Fortunately, we were still able to enjoy the sand and lake.

Cons:
The management company did not respond to several messages. The elevator was out and not fixed during the entirety of our stay. We tried to get in touch with Garretts and zero response.
The king bed was supremely uncomfortable.
The shower head was non existent so it made taking a shower painful.
The light in the dining room didn't work which put a damper on our inside fun (which we had more than average of given the storms).
Overall, the unit is very pretty but may look in to a different unit if you want any kind of response
The property is perfectly located for our needs. The view is fantastic!!! We had a terrific vacation!!! Thank you!!
This lovely condo offers spectacular views and easy access to pristine beaches and a fascinating dune lake. The building sits off 30a so there is no traffic noise, but it is still within walking or biking distance to Seagrove's shops and restaurants. The moment you walk in the door, you are struck by floor to ceiling views of the most beautiful beach and surf. The master and living room have balcony access and provided invigorating views each morning. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the washer and dryer were a nice touch. There was ample seating inside for dining, but we chose to eat every meal on the balcony because of the outstanding views. This is the only unit with a double balcony, aside from the penthouse units on the top floor. We watched dolphins and rays swim along the coast! The beds and linens were comfortable as well. Five of us stayed here and never felt like we were lacking space.
Our only complaints include a difficult to maneuver parking lot, an out of order pool, incredibly loud upstairs neighbors, and shockingly weak water pressure; all no fault of the owner but worth noting to potential renters. Showering was the worst part of every day. They were without a doubt the worst showers I've ever taken. I have long, thick hair, and rinsing it was nearly impossible. The owners should look into making some changes to the plumbing as the fixtures appear to be original to the building. A high pressure shower head with wand would be an adequate adjustment and serve renters well.
Overall, this is a great space and you should certainly consider it! We would absolutely stay again if the shower heads were updated.
