Welcome to our charming Hygge home in East Medford! Experience the perfect blend of comfort & convenience in this thoughtfully designed 3-bedroom haven. For health and safety of all our guests, the house will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival.

The living room has a couch, two comfortable chairs, 50" smart TV (offering Netflix, YouTube, Disney, Prime, Hulu). Streaming services are available with guest's own accounts. Books and playing cards available.

This home has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed with desk area, chair & full length mirror. The second bedroom has a full size bed, desk and full length mirror. The third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed and a cute reading nook. Please note: top bunk max weight limit is 165lbs. Each bedroom has a full closet with ample storage space.

The full size bathroom has a tub/shower with soap, shampoo and body wash provided. Hairdryer available for use.

The fully stocked large kitchen has a full-size stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, oven/stove, dishwasher and microwave. All pots, pans and cooking utensils are provided. There's also a Keurig & French Press coffee maker with coffee, decaf and tea provided.

Enjoy the private fenced backyard with covered patio, charcoal grill, hammock and ambient rope lighting. The grilling utensils are located in the kitchen. Please note: the fenced chicken coupe area is off limits for guest use.

A full size washer and dryer are available for guest use.

Guests will have access to the entire house. The driveway can accommodate 3-4 vehicles. There's a fenced backyard for pets. Please keep your pets on a leash while in the front yard.

This home has one Ring camera on the front porch pointing to the front yard. There are no cameras inside the house. We respect our guest's privacy when they stay at our house.

Check in instructions, address, WiFi password and WiFi smart lock code (to enter the front door) will be sent prior to guests arrival. Check out instructions will be sent prior to guest departure.
Pet Rules:
A maximum of 1 dog is allowed. There will be a pet fee charged at the time of booking. Please be sure to include your pet with the reservation so the pet fee is applied. Guest must provide dog bed, crate and/or kennel. Dogs are not permitted to lay on the furniture or bedding. They must be secured in a crate/kennel if left unattended at any point. Guest must pick up dog waste and dispose of in waste bags that are securely tied. Please keep your dog leashed when outside. Guests will be responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Sorry, no cats or other animals are allowed.

House Rules:
No events, parties or large gatherings. No smoking of any kind in the house. Quiet hours 10PM - 8AM. Must be at least 21 years old to book.

Check Out Procedures:
Rinse dishes and leave in dishwasher. Place dirty towels in bathroom shower. Bag trash and put in garbage/recycle cans. Leave all bedding on beds. Lock windows and doors. Leave heat at 68 degrees.
