Relax inside or step outside to the furnished patio and embrace the warm Florida breeze as you lounge. If you're feeling a little more active, go for a dip in the shared pool. The well-equipped kitchen has everything the group chef needs to whip up a culinary masterpiece everyone can enjoy at the dining table. Every bedroom includes its own TV so guests can watch their favorite shows as they wind down for the night, while the primary also has its own en suite with a walk-in shower and a large closet for storage.

Central air-conditioning and a washer/dryer are provided for added comfort.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
