This is normally available for Long Term bookings only - 28day minimum. There is a monthly discount. We normally host downtown corporate clients in this apartment.

From time to time, corporate booking plans change, and we are able to open this amazing space to the public for shorter stays. Please contact us with any questions.
1. Golden rule: Treat our property how you’d like yours to be treated and treat your neighbors how you’d like to be treated.

- Our floors and carpets are super clean. Please remove your shoes.

- Please be mindful when eating in the living room or bedroom. Clean up any spills and don’t leave food or dirty dishes out for long periods, to help keep our property pest-free.

- You are welcome to entertain guests, but please respect your neighbors. NO PARTIES.

- Quiet Hours are from 10 pm – 8 am.

2. NO SMOKING OR VAPING. City Creek Landing is a non-smoking complex.

3. NO PETS.

4. Children (under 18) are welcome! Children must always be under the supervision of an adult.

5. Damage / Loss: If you damage or lose anything, please let us know so we can repair or replace it.

6. Additional overnight guests must be included in the booking and are subject to additional nightly fees.

7. As a part of this booking, we are required to get the photo ID of each guest in this building

8. There is a $150 fine for missing parking passes. Please return your parking pass to the kitchen island. It will be needed for the following guests.

9. Please follow our Check-In time of 3pm and Check-Out time of 10am. Guests who do not checkout on time may be charged $50 in hourly increments, at the discretion of Grand Road.

You can apply for early check-in or late check-out; if granted, the fee is $25 dollars.
