Welcome to our renovated casita in Centro Mazatlan. In our casita you'll enjoy all the amenities of a modern home while experiencing the spirit of the past in a historic home in Centro. We've decorated the house in an eclectic style combining both the traditional Mexican to modern and urban. Our casita is for those who wish to experience a flavor for authentic life in a historic Mexican city center.
The space
Experience the best of Centro Mazatlan in a beautifully restored Colonial Row House. The restoration project of this more than 100 year old home maintained the original colonial facade style and it is decorated in an eclectic modern style. The restoration project was completed within the guidelines of the "Instituto Nacional de Antropologia e Historia" due to the home's designation as a "Patrimonio de la Nacion".
Guest access
You will be renting the entire home and will have access to two bedrooms, and one and half bathrooms. Clean linen for the bedrooms and bathrooms is included. The bathrooms were completed using mosaicos de pasta throughout, the sinks were built of polished cement. The kitchen has modern equipment and includes refrigerator, stove, cooking utensils and dishes.

Please note that if your stay is for longer than 4 nights you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $30 USD. Upon confirmation of your reservation, we will provide you with our tidbits of information to help you get started in exploring Mazatlan.

Each of the iron doors and the wood door at the entrance has a unique key which will be needed in order to open the lock.

All areas in the house have ceiling fans that keep the house cool throughout the day. In addition, each of the bedrooms has air conditioning in them. The remote control for the air conditioner can be found in the drawer of the side table by the bed.
