Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, this three-bedroom and 2.5-bath home is just a short drive away from all the highlights in Atlanta, such as the airport, Downtown, the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and Georgia Tech, with proximity to award-winning cuisine and shopping.

The space
As you enter, you’ll step into a spacious living room that features a sofa bed, smart tv, and dedicated workspace. You’ll also find a pool table for you to enjoy. In the kitchen, you’ll find beautiful granite countertops complete with all-new appliances and a Keurig coffee bar.

The primary suite features a king-sized bed, futon, and access to the balcony (perfect for morning coffee), as well as a cozy fireplace and a sitting area. Two other bedrooms have a queen size bed and two twin beds, respectively, and each room includes a 4K Smart TV.

Everything needed is provided (linens, towels, washcloths, cookware, etc.),

Business travelers will enjoy a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet with easy access to downtown Atlanta in a peaceful, homey setting.

FOR FAMILIES
Families are welcome in our home! We know that traveling with littles can be challenging, so our home includes a pack-n-play and a high chair to ease your journey.

Guests can self-check in and have access to the entire property, including the spacious backyard.
Other things to note
Ensuring your safety, security, and happiness is our top priority. Before your stay, our home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.

1. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood.

2. No smoking inside the Airbnb. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided in the backyard of the property.

3. No parties or events.

4. No unregistered guests allowed.

5. Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin.

6. Keep a close eye on your kids while on the balcony.

7. Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.

8. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.

9. Wash the dishes and set the garbage by the backdoor before checkout.

10. Please respect the property and refrain from moving furniture during your stay.
