Apartment on the Mar Menor

This apartment is most comfortable for four people, but also fits up to six guests. There is a direct access to a communal pool through a terrace, in a small complex of 16 apartments called Entremares Pueblo IV in Lo Pagan.

There are two bedrooms, both with individual access to their own bathroom. One bedroom includes a queen size bed, as well as a cupboard and a tv with an Amazon fire stick, enabling you to use any streaming service you want. The second bedroom includes a large bunk bed, with a standard double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top. Another single bed can be pulled out from beneath the bed, thus fitting up to four people in this room. There is also a cupboard with room for your belongings. Both bathrooms can be reached directly through the bedroom and have a sink with illuminated mirror, cupboard space for your belongings, toilet and walk-in shower.
Towels and sheets, shower gel and shampoo, household products and supplies are included, so you do not have to bring these with you and can enjoy them upon arrival.
The house has a front terrace, where the sun is early in the morning, so you can enjoy a cup of coffee here when you wake up. There are two more terraces in the back of the apartment by the communal pool. On the terraces in the back you will find a table with six chairs, two sunbeds as well as a washing machine in a cupboard. One terrace is partially covered so you can always find a spot in the shade. Towels for the pool area are also provided.

The living room and kitchen are in the main room, with a cooking island located in the centre of the kitchen, a dining table that can be expanded to seat at least 6 people if necessary. The kitchen has an oven, a microwave, induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine (coffee is provided), toaster and a very wide range of kitchen utensils. Basic cooking supplies, like salt, sugar, spices and oils are provided.

The living room includes a sofa and a television that is connected to an Amazon Fire Stick enabling you to use any streaming service you want. Free internet is also provided.
There are a couple of toys in the cupboard in case you bring children.

The apartment is located 60 minutes drive from Alicante airport.
The apartment is within walking distance of the beaches of the Mar Menor in Murcia and a few minutes drive from the Mediterranean Sea. In case you are coming with your children, there is a nice playground in the area that you can reach in about 5 minutes. In the main season (June - Oktober) there is also a funfair within walking distance at the promenade.

There is a supermarket within walking distance (1.3 km) and a large mall and different shopping possibilities in the area (2km). Having a car can be useful but is not absolutely necessary. There is a bus stop about 2km from the apartment in San Pedro del Pinatar. There are busses to all the major cities like Murcia as well as Alicante Airport and Cartagena.
