*PLEASE NOTE: This home can possibly have noticeable wear and tear from frequent use and the furniture can start to age. Worn/stained carpets, faded curtains, missing blinds and minor scuffs and scrapes on the walls, insects & bugs etc. Please keep an open mind while vacationing. No refunds will be given. This property is privately owned . Should any major equipment or appliance require attention, we will work to fix all issues as soon as possible during normal business hours, however, we cannot issue refunds or make price adjustments. You will find the most important information regarding our house rules:
-We offer an express self-check-in! It means you can go directly to your vacation home. -Your home has a keyless, time sensitive smart electronic lock with code. Therefore, there is no need to check in . All our vacation homes are self-catering. That means the guest is responsible for shopping during their stay. For your convenience we provide a complimentary starter supply of toiletries, including: 1 dish sponge 1 dish detergent 1 roll of paper tower 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom 1 small bar soap per bathroom 1 garbage bag per bin 1 shampoo/conditioner/body wash per bathroom 1 dishwashing capsules in the kitchen -All bedding,bath towels pool towels are provided for used inside the house(Towels are not allowed to be remover from the house), however wash cloths are not provided for sanitary reasons. We recommend you purchase or bring Beach/Pool towels ( for the Clubhouse or Beach )as those are also not permit to removal of towels from the property.
POOL HEAT INFORMATION :
We are not offering the heated pool at this time. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather. Please do not touch the pool equipment or air conditioner at any time under any circumstance. Removing the child protection screen from the pool is your sole responsibility. pools are on a weekly cleaning schedule so during your stay a staff member might go to you pool to complete the cleaning. They will not enter the home only the back patio area.
-BBQ Grill - The property have a BBQ on site available to the guest used(THE GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FILLING THE GAS CYLINDER). by filling the responsible at the time of your stay, being aware of your responsibility towards the property. No refunds will be given due to none use.
Early arrivals and/or late departures MUST be requested 1 day in advance and will be subject to availability and applicable fees paid in advance. The maximum number of guests permitted to stay in the unit at any time is set by state and local ordinances and/or fire codes, and no exceptions can be made. Should owner property discover that occupancy is more than the unit's lawful permitted number of guests, a penalty will be applied; a NON-REFUNDABLE eviction process will take place for breach of this Agreement.
The maximum number of guests cannot exceed as determined by the listing at the time of rental - SUBJECT TO PENALTY.
The property will be cleaned before your arrival, and we kindly ask our guests to maintain the unit as its best condition.
AIR CONDITIONING: We set A/C temperatures between 72ºF-75ºF and set to Auto/Cool position. Any lower setting will cause the A/C unit to freeze up, resulting in considerable damage to the unit - SUBJECT TO PENALTY.(We do not have technical staff after hours or on weekends).
No pets or any kind of animals are allowed - SUBJECT TO PENALTY.
Smoking in the premises is not allowed - SUBJECT TO PENALTY.
No parties or events are permitted - SUBJECT TO PENALTY.
There will be no refunds due to weather problems, early check-out, and interruption of any service due to maintenance problems that arise before or after guests' reservations. There will be not refunds for internet or cable outages in the area that we do not have control over Resorts are not managed by the owner and any interruption in services by the resort such as clubhouse amenities and access are not the responsibility of property owners. No refunds will be given for this reason. When a guest checks out, the unit will be inspected by a member of the staff. If any damage not previously reported is found, the cost to fix or replace the damaged part shall be billed through the guest booking channel. The guest shall be charged the full mount for fixing or replacing the damaged part and/or item.
-Limitation of Liability and Hold Harmless:
THE PROPERTY OWNER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSSES OF ANY NATURE ARISING FROM THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT. FURTHER, AND MORE SPECIFICALLY, THE PROPERTY OWNER, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INJURIES OR OTHER DAMAGES INCURRED AS THE RESULT OF GUEST'S USE OF THE SWIMMING POOL, OR INSIDE/ OUTSIDE THE HOME. SWIMMING IS AT THE GUEST'S OWN RISK. CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES. ABSOLUTELY NO DIVING ALLOWED. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VALUBLES LEFT INSIDE THE UNIT.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT:
We only respond to extreme emergency requests such as: fire, lack of water, air conditioning problems, if the technician determines that the guest has fallen below the permitted limit, the technician's fee will be paid by the guest. Please ensure you secure your belongings, our cleaning crew will do our best to secure anything left behind but we cannot assume responsibility for any valuables left behind.
Service calls deemed non-emergency where a staff member made it out to the property and a non-emergency service was provided after hours may incur fees. Note that our ability to respond to unforeseen circumstances may vary depending on a third-party provider.
