Named in honor of our feathered friend who once ruled the roost in the tree out front, this vacation rental isn't just a spot to crash; it's a retreat for families, pals, and adventure enthusiasts alike!

Step through the door and bask in the cozy fusion of modern comforts and Colorado allure. With four bedrooms ready to embrace your squad of 12-14 explorers, there's ample space for everyone. And fear not, even the fussiest cousin will find peace in the specially crafted rooms upstairs, while downstairs offers two more snug sanctuaries.

Let's talk loos. These aren't your average bathrooms; oh no, each one is a masterpiece by a local artist owner, boasting mosaic designs that transport you under the Colorado sun with every shower.

And let's not forget our four-legged guests! The Crow's Nest proudly welcomes your furry companions, so pack up Fido and Fluffy for their own Rocky Mountain adventure.

Located just a stone's throw (or 3-4 blocks) from the lively heart of Old Colorado City, you'll be immersed in a world of vibrant culture and cuisine. Need a caffeine fix? Our favorite coffee haunt, Story Coffee, is just a 2-minute stroll away!

But fret not, we've got plenty of space for summer shenanigans right here in our shared outdoor 'play yard.' Whether you're engaging in friendly competition, gathering 'round the fire pit for s'mores, or simply soaking up the sun under the Colorado sky, the memories you make here will shine as bright as the summer sun.

- NOT handicap accessible. Kitchen/Sleeping Arrangements require 4-5 stairs.
- (1) Pet Allowed w/prior approval from management company & paid pet fees.
- No Moving Furniture
- No Events & Parties
- Photo ID required for all reservations. Minimum age to rent is 25.
- Towels are set out for the appropriate number of people on your reservation. Your reservation must accurately reflects the # of guests in your party. No additional guests allowed over the over the listed capacity on rental agreement. Additional guest with management approval & fees paid.
- Home is NOT 420 Friendly/No Drugs of ANY KIND on premises. Includes inside units, on decks, or anywhere on the entirety of the property.
- Smoking Cigarettes & Cigars are allowed in the designated smoking area marked in The Aviary Yard. Smoking on private decks & covered patio are strictly prohibited.
- Property has AC/Carbon Monoxide/Smoke Alarms
- Cameras around the unit is intended for security purposes and not for surveillance.
