Sitting directly on the Cartecay River, you can step right into the water at your leisure, OR, lose yourself in the relaxation of the hot tub overlooking an amass of private greenspace where you might catch a glimpse of some wildlife. Enjoy the custom steam shower featuring 3 rain shower heads to rid you of your worries! Fiber internet keeps everyone connected, so venture outside for some outdoor living.

Queen bed located in the master. Queen bed located in the upstairs loft area bedroom. Futon located in the upstairs loft/office area. Full bath with double sinks, laundry and steam shower in main bath downstairs, with a full bath upstairs in the loft area. The kitchen is well appointed with all necessary cooking/eating/preparing items including coffee and coffee maker. Lots of seating in the open living/dining room (seating for 4 at dining table plus bar stools at the bar) Outdoors - 4 chairs and a porch swing at the fire pit, additional fold up chairs available. Picnic table with 4 chairs. 2 rocking chairs and swinging chair on the covered porch, 4 chairs with cushions for front deck, and hot tub.

Dedicated uncovered parking, private gravel drive, parking for 2+ vehicles. Personal vehicle required. Town is 20 miles away from cabin (restaurants, entertainment, shopping). 5 wineries within 10 miles of the cabin.

We are situated directly on the Cartecay River. Flat landscaping, easy walk directly into the river. The firepit is located riverfront. The drive to the cabin is very easy as well - paved road to the entrance of the Finncannon neighborhood (not gated). Very packed well maintained flat gravel road to the cabin - less than 1 mile. There are multiple wineries within 10 miles of the cabin. Town is 20 miles one way so picking up items on the way to the cabin would be beneficial. Multiple restaurants in town and in the downtown area of Ellijay and Blue Ridge. Most wineries have both live music and food trucks throughout the year.
