PARKING - Our guests have access to 1 secured parking space inside the residence for free. The parking remote will be available inside the apartment on the dining table after your check-in.
BICYCLES - There is an area to keep bicycles safely inside the parking during your stay. We do not provide bicycles but we can provide recommendations of places where to rent.
WALKING - Within walking distance of the residence, you will find many of the highlights Playa has to offer. La Quinta is within 5 minutes and the beach within 10 minutes max.
GROCERIES - Within 2 minutes walking distance from the apartment you will find one the main supermarkets of Playa Del Carmen called MEGA. There you will find everything you need from groceries to home items.
LUWII GUIDEBOOK - We recommend you take a look at our guidebook for recommendations of places to go and bars and restaurants. This will be available with your reservation details once your booking is confirmed.
Available for any comments or questions via Airbnb chat from 8am to 8pm and outside those hours for emergencies. All messages sent on the chat will always be attended as soon as possible. You will also have a dedicated phone number to call for emergencies if required.
The apartment is located in a condo called Las Palmas 243 located on Calle 25 Norte in the center of Playa and at the corner of the famous Avenida Constituyentes. Calle 25 Norte is a quiet street and it is located right behind the supermarket Mega which is a perfect option for grocery shopping.
Within 5 minutes walk you can access the beach or Avenida 5 ("La Quinta") where you will find most of the trendy restaurants and bars Playa has to offer. You can just head out of the residence on your right and walk down Avenida Constituyentes.
Most of the top spots Playa has to offer are within walking distance from the place, yet you will not be disturbed by loud music and loud noise from people. I have created a guidebook accessible after your booking is confirmed where you will find many different options of places for eating out or for a drink.
WALKING: The residence Las Palmas 243 is super central and within just a few minutes walk of the beach and La Quinta which is the main avenue with activities in Playa. You'll also find plenty of bars and restaurants.
FREE PARKING: Our guests have access to a free parking space during their stay. The parking is accessible with a remote control which we leave inside the apartment for our guests. There are plenty of street parking spaces and paid parking spaces available nearby.
TAXI: taxis are easily available in the street around Playa Del Carmen and a short ride should cost between 50 MXN to 100 MXN. Speaking a few words of Spanish will go a long way to make sure you don't overpay on the fare.
BUS: Within 2 minutes walk of the residence Las Palmas 243, you will find the bus station of the ADO. This is very handy if you plan to travel by bus from Cancun and onwards. The fare is very reasonable and
NEARBY ATTRACTIONS: Tulum is about 45 minutes drive, Akumal about 30 minutes drive, and Cancun on the other side is about 50 minutes drive. You can also discover some beautiful cenotes like Cenote Azul from Playa Del Carmen as well as attraction parks like Xcaret.

CRIB AVAILABLE: Traveling with a baby? We can provide a crib for your little one. Please request the crib at least 24 hours in advance, as it is subject to availability. For same-day bookings, we cannot guarantee crib availability.
JACUZZI: The rooftop terrace is equipped with a private jacuzzi but the flow of water to fill it is not very strong. The jets work and we can assist you setting it up if needed.
Our complete set of house rules will be shared in a message shortly after your booking is confirmed. You will be asked to acknowledge those rules by replying to our message.
There is nothing out of the ordinary in our house rules - we ask our guests to respect our place like it was their home and to preserve everyone's peace.
