There is a two car driveway at the house and room in the garage for one car to park, as well as parking available in front of the house, on the street. Both the front and back yard have an irrigation system. Please do not drive your vehicle in the yard.

Minimum Age requirement for booking is 21 years old.

The Neighborhood:
This home is nestled between the beach and the lagoon in a quiet neighborhood that is walker friendly. It is walking distance from the Jaws Superstore and Finns Island Style Grub and Finn's Coffee Shop. It is also walking distance to the Rick Seltzer Park and Beach Access 14 & 15 are just down the street.

Getting Around:
PCB is very vehicle friendly city, but there are several rental companies close to the house that offer street legal golf carts and mopeds as an alternative method of transportation.

Other Things to Note:
1st bedroom includes: King bed, a designated work space

2nd bedroom includes: Queen bed

3rd bedroom includes: 2 twin sized (4 mattresses) bunk beds. There is a weight limit of 130 lbs for the top bunk.

A Pack n Play with sheets and a blanket is available for use at your own discretion.
