This immaculate, tastefully decorated 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom full townhome is just what you have been looking for. Centrally located and operated by seasoned Hosts with nearly 10 years of experience in the industry. Decor throughout this home was inspired by our nearby Rocky Mountains, particularly the world-renowned town of Banff, AB. Your Hosts are passionate about the mountains as well as the special towns that are nestled in their midst.

Step into a welcoming open-concept main level living space, complete with a storage-focused entryway, inviting living and dining spaces and Chef's dream kitchen. The living room features modern and comfortable furnishings, a gas fireplace and a 60" LED TV with Netflix and cable. The dining room seats 6 with unobstructed views to the living room and kitchen.

Enjoy cooking? This beautiful, well-stocked kitchen will make you glad to stay in for a home-cooked meal. The huge eat-up island with marbled quartz counters are perfect for casual dining or extra food prep space. The oversized pantry cabinet is ready for your favourite foods. We offer ample dinnerware, cooking utensils, small appliances and even some common spices and pantry items. If coffee and tea are welcomed in the morning - don't worry. We have you covered! Let the dishwasher help you with clean-up. A half-bath is conveniently situated just a few steps down from the kitchen area on the way downstairs to the Rec area.

Each bedroom offers a unique configuration that may appeal to different guests. Comfort is important to us, which is why each bed is adorned with crisp, white, cotton sheets and plenty of pillows. Additionally, all bedrooms have black-out blinds/curtains.

The Master Bedroom features a sprawling King-sized velvet bed, walk-in closet and 50" LED TV. The Ensuite is large enough to be another bedroom, but instead includes double sinks and ample storage, a luxurious free-standing tub and a large glass-enclosed tiled shower.

Bedroom #2 is a smaller secondary Master Suite as it also has it's own full bathroom. A standard closet and Queen-sized complete this room.

Bedroom #3 is in the basement, which offers some privacy and separation. While many basements feel creepy and unwelcoming, don't worry! The 9-foot ceilings and large bedroom window combine with cozy furnishings to make this a very desirable space. This bedroom has a King-sized bed, desk, walk-in closet and it's own full bathroom which can also be accessed via the rec area, if needed.

The basement Rec Area has been thoughtfully designed. Your Hosts thought: "Why place another boring couch area in that space when it could instead be a place to gather and have some fun with friends or family or enjoy a workout?" Challenge others to a board game at the card table or perhaps a game of Foosball. Let off steam with the Spin Bike, Yoga mat or hand weights. Kids can be entertained with toys or art supplies. Really - the options are endless and there is something for everyone.

Staying for a while? This space is designed for that. An in-suite, upper level large-capacity washer and dryer will help you stay on top of your laundry. Located just outside the Master bedroom, this room is well stocked with cleaning supplies to stay on top of things throughout your stay.

Enjoy the warmth and comfort of central heat by controlling your own thermostat in the cooler months and cozying up by the gas fireplace in the living room.

A HUGE bonus of this property is the presence of a garage in the rear. This is located approximately 50 steps from the front door, past the rear Unit and is a shared double garage bay. Guests will have half of the double garage bay (as shown in a photo). A wooden fenced storage locker is also available behind the garage with a combination lock, ideal for storage of bikes or other gear. Street parking is a few steps away from the front door.

Enjoy the peaceful enjoyment of not sharing a floor or ceiling with other tenants or guests, as you would in many rentals or hotels.

This spacious 3-storey gem is located in the desirable community of Windsor Park, SW and is one of 4 units built on this parcel in Summer of 2022. This bright, spacious, immaculate suite is located with convenient access to Downtown, Rockyview Hospital, The Calgary Country Club, Chinook Center Shopping Mall (walkable!), Sandy Beach Park and more!

We, Casey and Brittany, have truly tried to make this space into the type of space that we would choose for a vacation, work trip or visit to Calgary. We feel confident that you will also see why we love this place!

Whether this is your first or fiftieth experience with VRBO, we strive to make this a truly excellent one. We are available to answer any questions or concerns you may have along the way. Please note that we require potential guests to review our House Rules and also provide us with a few details prior to accepting or pre-approving a booking. Some things we like to know include:
- Why are you coming to Calgary?
- Who will you be traveling with (children, adults, etc)?
- Do you have any special requests (ie playpen, high chair, etc)?

We may also request a copy of a photo ID (e.g. Driver's License) which corresponds with the name on the credit card used to book the vacation. Your trip may be cancelled if this is requested by the hosts and not provided.

What a beautiful property! So clean, quiet and welcoming. The location is very centrally located to get to many amenities around Calgary! The owners were so accommodating and easy to communicate with! Next time I am in Calgary, I will be renting here!

My husband, Casey and I live in Calgary, Alberta with our four children. We love being active and spending time together as a family. We enjoy board games, BBQing, the zoo and all kinds of sports! Our work life consists of nursing, plumbing and renovating homes. Hosting our properties on Airbnb has become a huge passion for us. We love opening our doors to amazing people from all over the world! We live nearby and are available if needed, but ultimately give our guests space.

Windsor Park is a desirable, high-end, centrally located community in the SW with a large number of newer homes. It is an established area with easy access to pretty much anywhere! Obviously it is always ideal if guests have cars, but if not, transit is available very nearby and is easily accessible.

There was a time when our family was displaced from our home for a few weeks while work was being done. Our busy everyday lives didn't come to halt during that time, so my goal was to find a temporary place that felt like home, with all the amenities we would need to still prepare for school, work and sports. We also wanted a place that had enough space for my family to spread out a bit without feeling like we were stepping over each other. I also (ideally) didn't want to have to shush my kids at 6:45am when they were getting ready for school like I would in a rental that had a basement suite below. In the end, after much searching and scrambling, we ended up piling into a tiny condo-style hotel room as there seemed to be nothing out there! It was less than ideal. The kitchen was tiny and poorly stocked and there wasn't even enough spaces for us to all dine around a table together! It was then that I realized I couldn't be alone. Other families and groups of people must be looking for something similar. A large, well-equipped space with no one else above or below. It is for that reason that I sought to provide that option to others.
