Starting with your favorite part of the home, the lanai, where you will soak up the breathtaking views that this spacious waterfront lot beholds. The lanai also features a large heated pool that is fit for any family. Sit back on a lounge chair and watch the kids splash around. All the while, the family chef is cooking up some sizzling hamburgers and hot dogs on the gas grill to enjoy on the patio table and chairs. The indoor kitchen, of course, can provide you with all of the rest of your cooking needs. When you are done eating you will all play a game of cornhole in the spacious lanai to determine who will be doing the dishes. Then, at the end of the day, go inside and use the blender to mix up some tropical beverages to sip in the hot tub as the setting sun turns the sky brilliant orange.

When you’re ready to go sightseeing, you just need to step outside on the balcony. Up there, you have a front row view of the blissfully blue canal, where dolphins, manatees, and tropical fish gracefully swim, or just take out one of the kayaks from the floating dock to see them up close and personal. As soon as you’re ready to explore the island, this house also has bicycles that you can use. Tour the island in style or venture to grab something to eat at one of the many local restaurants. As this is a family-styled house, it features a game room for the entire family. Have family competitions of seashell checkers, ping pong, darts, and ring toss. When it's time for bed, all of the bedrooms come with televisions and plenty of closet and drawer space, along with all of the comforts and colors of the tropics. The master bedroom, in particular, features an ocean-themed en suite bathroom that is shared with the adjacent bedroom.
