Welcome to your home away from home! Ocean Isle Beach has so much to offer. Become a local by visiting all the family-owned restaurants and bars on and off the island. Join in with kayaking, fishing, and nearby golf courses. Ocean Isle Beach offers plenty of activities for kids of all ages. Our favorites are the Museum of Coastal Carolina and the Town Center Park's splash pad! Best of all, being 2nd row means the beach is only a 1-minute walk away and the ocean views are breathtaking!


PROPERTY DETAILS

This property comes fully stocked with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and relaxing vacation. Amenities begin with parking for up to 8 cars. There is a private pool, tiki bar with a TV and an outdoor shower. Smart TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. There are large decks with beautiful views throughout the property. The first floor den features a wet bar and foosball table. You can also find table tennis and corn hole boards located in the garage. The second floor living and dining area makes this home very spacious. The kitchen is equipped for large families with two dishwashers! The views are spectacular, enjoy dinner while looking at the ocean!


This property includes bed and bath linens as well as keyless entry to make the check in and check out process effortless! This home comes with a propane gas grill and six (6) beach chairs for you and your party to utilize at your leisure. If you drive an electric car you're in luck, this home has a 14-50 EV outlet. An elevator makes this house wheelchair friendly and makes unloading your luggage easier!

First Floor:

Room 1: King with private bath.

Room 2: Queen with private bath.

Room 3: Queen with private bath.

Room 4: Twin/Twin and Twin/Full Bunkbed sets -bath in hallway.

The den area includes a Queen sleeper sofa.

Second Floor:

Room 5: King with private bath.

Room 6: Queen with private bath.

Half bath located in hallway for easy access.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Fire pits and deep fryers are not permitted for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose.

Pets are not allowed at this property.

Pre-approval is required for parties under age 30.

Smoking is not permitted at any Stellar Beach Property inside our outside. if caught smoking on the premises you will incur a fee.

No parties or events without homeowner approval.


CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by email or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach.

Stellar Beach highly recommends purchasing traveler insurance!

We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.

We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.
