This stunning property is a one-bedroom apartment that is spread over 95 sqm with a capacity for 2 people. The interior of the apartment is designed to offer comfort, luxury, and elegance to its guests.
The living room features a large beige leathered L-shaped sofa, a leathered yellow armchair, a 60’’ smart TV, a wooden center table, and wall arts and decor accents that add to the beauty of the space.
The room is well-lit, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling glass doors that give access to a private balcony, furnished with a table and two chairs, as well as a unique sofa with rugs and plants.
The dining area is located next to the living room, which has a small round dining table with four chairs, surrounded by mirror, plants, and decor items.
The kitchen is located in the open space setting, with a large white countertop and sink located right next to the dining room. The rest of the kitchen boasts beautiful white cabinets and countertops, and is neatly organized.
The kitchen is well-equipped with all amenities that guests might need during their stay. The kitchen includes cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses a microwave, refrigerator, oven, hot water kettle, toaster, stove, dishwasher, tea, coffee, salt, pepper, oil facilities and Nespresso machine.
The master bedroom includes a large super king size bed with fresh white linens and light-colored bed covers, nightstands with lamps, built-in wardrobe with hangers, a table with a mirror on top, and has an ensuite bathroom.
The bathroom has a large shower cabin with a curtain glass, a bathtub, a toilet, and two washbasins.
There’s also a second bathroom for guests at the apartment, which comes with a toilet and a washbasin.
Both bathrooms are equipped with amenities such as cleaning products, hot water, hairdryer, soap, soap, conditioner, and more.
