Located in the lovely Gulf Pines neighborhood in Miramar Beach, this beautiful single level, pet-friendly home sleeps 14 across four bedrooms and is the perfect place for multi family vacations and their furry friends. Guests can enjoy the private pool, play a game of sand volleyball on the private course, or enjoy a quick golf cart ride to the sugar-white beaches of our gorgeous Emerald Coast. Beach Retreat has all the essentials for an unforgettable family vacation!

Guests will feel right at home at Beach Retreat. An open floor plan allows for everyone to gather in the space effortlessly without leaving anyone out. A cozy living room with a large sectional couch provides a comfortable spot for relaxing and watching a movie with seating for six and pulls out into a queen bed if needed. There's a well appointed eat-in kitchen perfect for any home cook and includes stainless steel appliances, a large sink, stone countertops, a breakfast bar for two, and a dining table for four. Nearby, a formal dining room will seat six more. While the inside is comfortable and calming, most of your time will be spent outside in the incredible backyard. Shade seekers will enjoy relaxing on the patio with a cool drink to watch the TV while sun worshippers will be out by the pool catching rays in the loungers or taking a refreshing dip in the pool. A grill is provided for those backyard cookouts and two more al fresco dining options are available while garden lights set the mood in the evening. Visiting during the winter? No problem at Beach Retreat, the pool can be heated for a fee for fun in the sun year round! A truly rare find in the area is the private sand volleyball court, enthusiasts will definitely have a ball playing here!

Four bedrooms are available at Beach Retreat plus a second living area that doubles as a bedroom with a pull out couch when additional sleeping space is needed. The primary king suite boasts a spacious private bathroom with soaking tub, shower, dual sinks, large closet, and direct access to the patio. On the other side of the house, guests will have a choice from a bunk room with two sets of twin/twin bunks, or two single queen bedrooms, all with shared bathrooms and each with its own TV.

Bug Infestation with minimal help from rental company

Overall this was a frustrating and disgusting vacation. There are two parts to this feedback: the actual home and the challenging and frustrating experience working with specific employees with Five Star Properties. The home is in need of immediate repair and maintenance. We experienced a millipede infestation beginning the day after our arrival and then the infestation inside the home peaked on Thursday and Friday after contacting Five Star and having them spray and tape the home. We have time stamped documentation of all the millipedes and the last straw was the millipedes coming into the home and crawling up the drapes on the patio doors inside the primary bedroom. The millipedes were in all rooms of the home with, one point on Friday there were over 300 millipedes. We promptly contacted Five Star on Sunday the day after our arrival for help In remedying the initial millipede infestation. It was a very difficult and frustrating experience trying to get help with how to work on getting rid of the millipedes. On Friday we spoke with Felicity who was extremely difficult to work with on how to get rid of the millipedes. We followed the procedures per Five Stars policies on how to “treat” the millipedes and yet the millipedes were stilling coming into the house. When we requested to speak with a Manager Felicity bluntly stated this would not be happening as there’s no manager to speak. We ended up vacating the house early as the house was crawling with millipedes.
