This luxury 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom canal front, pool home is ideally located in Crystal River and is within minutes of everything "Nature Coast" has to offer. You can take the provided kayaks right out on the private dock, sit at the private beach enjoying the hammock and fire pit, take in the spectacular sunset overlooking the marsh right from the front porch, or just relax in the pool. This stunning home is the perfect home for your Crystal River vacation. Holland Huis is now pet friendly!!
The upper level has 2 bedrooms with king beds , a large living room, formal dining room and featuring a gourmet kitchen, complete with professional grade Viking appliances, pull out pantry, wine cooler and large island with additional seating. This is truly one of the best "chef's kitchen" on the market!
The lower level is detached from the upstairs unit and has a large room with a queen bed, a double/twin bunk bed and futon, and steps right out to the large, screened in patio.
The covered patio is perfect for entertaining with lots of seating, TV seating area, ping pong table and pool with lounge chairs, it is the perfect space! In the back yard enjoy the private beach, lay in the hammock or sit out around the fire pit. The house has 3 kayaks for you to use or bring your boat to launch right there on the private docks. The canal is just .5 miles from Crystal River and 3 miles out to the Gulf.

wonderful vacation retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we held a company retreat at the Holland Huis, and it was everything we had hoped for. The chefs in the group loved the kitchen, with all the high end equipment and gadgets. The outdoor people enjoyed exploring the surrounding waters via canoe. The whole group went fishing on a rental pontoon boat across the street at Twin Rivers Marina, which was a blast. All of us enjoyed the beach and firepit in the late afternoons and evenings, and the pool was a great place to hang out. We will definitely be back next year.

Nice area and home

The area was stunning. The house was nice. A mix between vintage and modern, but done tastefully. I enjoyed everything. The pool was a bit chilly in the cooler months so a heater would be a great addition. The master bedroom mattress could be updated. But overall a nice experience.

great family house

the property was amazing! the outside areas are awesome for good family time playing ping pong, basketball and the pool. location for bringing a boat wasn’t ideal for getting to the river with the tides but overall great place and we had an amazing time!

However it's just in the marsh land so not much fishing. The place is great especially with kids to entertain.
