Welcome to the Chi House! A spacious 2/1 home with all the zen like vibes! Enjoy the sound of waterfalls and birds chirping as you relax and gather your chi for the day outside! The home has everything you need for a short or extended stay! Conveniently sitting just outside the hustle and bustle of Tampa - Chi House can get you there in a snap as the home sits about 2 miles from I275.

Guests have access to all the spaces in home besides the carport and tiny home that is gated off in the backyard.

I love interacting with my guests, but that interaction is entirely dependent on you :) if you need anything please reach out! I want to ensure you have the best vacation to the area. I am full of recommendations!

A very quiet, safe and residential neighborhood.

I do recommend renting a car for your stay - I275 is just 2 miles up the road and can get you anywhere you need to go!

This is a family home on a quiet residential street. Please respect the privacy of our neighbors and their right to enjoy a quiet home.

There is a tesla parked under the carport that cannot be moved or touched. directly behind the carport is a gate that leads to a tiny home that is currently being rented out by a long term tenant. They will not bother you, please give them privacy.

No smoking is permitted INSIDE The home. Please use the dedicated space OUTSIDE (not in the screened porch area). There will be a $500 fee if smoking is discovered inside the home - please dispose of cigarettes properly in the ashtray.


Please note there is a pet fee of $100 PER PET - upon the completion of your booking I will request the additional funds for any additional pets
