Step out from the kitchen to your private outdoor space, complete with a grill and utility room featuring a full-size washer and dryer.

The primary bedroom boasts a queen bed, an additional seating area with a queen sleeper sofa (sleeping up to 4), and a split A/C unit to ensure your comfort during the warmer months. The second bedroom features a charming baseball theme and a full-size bed (sleeps 2). Need extra sleeping space? The sofa in the living area also converts into a sleeper sofa for an additional 2 guests.

Recent upgrades in March 2023 include a brand-new central air system and a 4-burner Genies propane grill. Plus, there's a large lot adjacent to the property, perfect for parking small trailers such as wave runners or motorbikes.
