I am now , for the first time in many years, offering my beautiful Lion Head beach home in the Springs to any special guest (groups or family) who want an exceptional stay in a well-loved, bright, airy and comfortable home that will suit everyone's needs. There are multiple living and recreational areas both inside and on the grounds where you can gather together as a group around a gorgeous pool with outside bar, lie in the hammock reading, resting or star gazing at night (but you don't need the hammock to enjoy the spectacular starry nights in the Springs)! Or, you could decide to hide away in my Maine inspired Adirondack seating area in totally secluded and shady part of the property surrounded by giant evergreens. Ditto inside the home where there is an open Living room with a vaulted ceiling, a separate Family Room w/ adjacent new kitchen plus a totally separate downstairs suite with private full bath and equally private entrance. Spacious bedrooms too with all new baths.

Oh yes, let's not forget...Lion Head Beach in the Springs itself. Under the radar (still) a quiet, small enclave steps to private beach and walking paths with the most gorgeous sunsets imaginable! Come visit and stay. You will then understand the beauty of the magical Springs and why Jackson Pollock and friends decided the light and natural beauty of the Springs is unsurpassed.

Totally private home both inside and outside set back on property behind large tree canopied entrance and extra generous off-street parking. Mature plantings, flowers and trees ensure surround the entire property. Large, Heated (upon request) 40 x 20 foot pool, surrounded by extensive decking and multiple seating, entertaining & relaxation areas are directly off back FR/Kitchen.
Pick your spot inside too: large family room w internet and tv, separate LR w/ working FP, ensuite private second family room and sleeping area on lower level with separate entrance & three more bedrooms upstairs. Attached two car garage, again upon request.
