You'll also find a mini fridge and microwave, a bathroom stocked with shampoo and towels, and all the essentials to keep you feeling clean and comfortable.

This charming rental comes with high-speed Wi-Fi and self-check-in. Close enough to all the fun but having the experience of returning home to a calm serene neighborhood.

Please be advised that we require our guests to complete a pre-check-in form via a third-party application called Duve. This is where we provide all the important details that you must know during your stay, such as check-in instructions, full address, WIFI and so much more. We also require a refundable $50 deposit fee. Thank you!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

▶️Check-in is anytime after 4:00pm.

▶️Parking: 1 parking space per unit

▶️ Early check-in, Late check-out and Early bag drop are subject to availability
▶️Please keep in mind that we only provide initial supplies

▶️Parties are prohibited
▶️$250 penalty for having pets in the unit
▶️$300 penalty for smoking in the property. You will also be dismissed from your rental without refund.
▶️$250 penalty if noise level or other obscene behavior requires a police callout. You will also be dismissed from the property without refund.
▶️$100 Penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located on the building entrance.
▶️Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging. Please use the trash can :)
▶️Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account
▶️On checkout please turn off the lights, water and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you
➡️Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account

***IMPORTANT TIP TO KEEP IN MIND DURING THIS SUMMER SEASON: Please turn off the AC when you open the door/windows, if not it may cause the AC to freeze and stop working. Thank you :)
