This unique modern 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom home pays homage to the beloved Quentin Tarantino classic while providing you with a cozy spot to enjoy the heart of downtown Chattanooga. It's the perfect mix of privacy and convenience. Located less than 5 minutes from some of Chattanooga's best restaurants, The Jules is a “must-stay” for cinephiles and gourmands alike! Who knows, you might just find yourself saying “Mmm-hmm! This IS a tasty burger”.

LIVING SPACES
This sleek modern living space has everything you need to enjoy your vacation in The Scenic City! With a loft area, three bedrooms, a full kitchen and an open living room, the Jules will leave you wishing for nothing. Come and enjoy the home's tributes to art and music or relax in the private backyard space.
The main living area is found directly inside the front door. Splashes of color and unique decor are sure to charm. You'll be greeted by a vaulted two story open space with plenty of seating and floor to ceiling windows to let in all that good light. Kick back in front of the tv and enjoy a conversation with the cook in the adjoining kitchen area, or climb up the stairs to the loft where you'll find yet another large tv and plentiful comfy seating.

KITCHEN AND DINING
This sleek and modern eat-in kitchen comes fully stocked and ready to roll! Enjoy spacious countertops, updated appliances and an open floor plan that connects directly with the living room area. You can cook a meal and still be a part of the fun!

BEDROOMS AND BATHS
The Jules has 3 accommodating bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms so there's plenty of space for the whole family to spread out and settle in!
Venture past the living room down the hall a bit and you'll find a conveniently placed half bath and a laundry room to help make sure your stay has all the amenities you need.
Head a bit further down that hall and you'll be in the master suite where you'll find a king bed, a surprisingly huge walk-in closet, a carefully curated selection of art and plenty of charming details - there is a bathroom adjoining this room with plenty of space to spread out. From the rain shower head to the double sink, you'll find all you're looking for here.
Upstairs you'll find two additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed and loads of personal touches. You could curl up with a good book or enjoy some classic video games at the vintage Galaga arcade game station.
On the top floor there is also a full guest bathroom that will likely make you smile with its blend of whimsy and modern touches.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES
Even though you'll be in the heart of the city, you'll feel like you've got a little backyard oasis all to yourself thanks to the privacy fence. This fully enclosed outdoor space has a lovely covered seating area and a glass tabletop fire pit to sit and enjoy the evening.
You could also grab your morning coffee and take a seat on the front porch to feel the vibes of the city!

Please be advised, for stays 30 days or longer, we require a "mid-stay" clean approximately every 15 days. The reduced cost of these clean(s) will be added together if applicable and calculated according to length of your stay - THIS ADDITIONAL COST IS NOT CALCULATED IN THE LISTING PRICE WHEN YOU INITIALLY BOOK and is due upon booking. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. For this location, each clean will cost $105.

(For stays of 30 days or longer) A starting supply of consumable goods (paper towels, toilet paper, coffee) will be provided upon check-in. For extended stays, guests are responsible for purchasing consumable goods if they need more outside of what is initially provided.

PMI Scenic City requires a rental agreement for all of our properties. Must be 21 or older to rent this property.

What's Nearby?
The Jules is the absolute perfect spot to be if you're looking for a home base while you explore the great city of Chattanooga. It's less than 10 minutes away from the Tennessee Aquarium, the Chattanooga Zoo, and the Creative Discovery museum. Ruby Falls is not far at all and the Chattanooga Escape Room Games is practically a stone's throw away!
You'll also find a large selection of incredible local restaurants, bars and shops, some within walking distance - truly something for everyone! Some of our local favorites include Neidlov's Bakery, Slick's, Alleia, The Hot Chocolatier, Flying Squirrel, Taqueria Jalisco, and Hello Monty to name a few.

This property is centrally located in downtown Chattanooga - this provides the perfect means to explore the area, but it should be noted that there is potential for noise due to being located within the heart of the city.

PLEASE NOTE: Although we are DOG friendly, we do NOT allow cats. For dogs, we charge pet rent of $25/per night per pup. (THIS WILL COME AS A SEPARATE CHARGE AFTER BOOKING AND IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR TRIP). If you have not disclosed that you will be bringing a pet in the booking process, please let us know. Although we are a pet friendly home, due to allergy issues of future renters we request that pets not be allowed on furniture (particularly in the bed). We also prefer pets be crated if left alone. Please pick up after your furry family member!

For parking - The Jules can accommodate two vehicles with free parking located behind the home - for any amount of vehicles beyond two, please notify us because a parking pass will be needed. If applicable, we will provide you with instructions on how to access the pass (If this pass is missing after your stay you will be charged $35 for a replacement). (PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE STREET WITHOUT A PASS - THE CITY IS STRICT ABOUT TICKETING).
